My god these nerfs were weak
Lux probably should've gotten nerfed a little harder, like seriously what are those mana costs? She can q and e for hours. Also, where are the item nerfs?

shrug, most lux I see actually throw out their W after a fight when a champ manages to escape, effectively saying, "if this champ actually had a fourth ability, you would be dead!"
