If you try to do something like that now you will get reported every game...

And this is sad because back then you could play what ever the hell you wanted at least in normal now even if you do that in normals someone would rage quit someone would ask for reports you will get reported and the whole game would end up in shit

You can't get banned for playing off meta

every time someone in a game gets banned for "off meta" it's usually because they are throwing, toxic, refusing to communicate with team, int feeding, etc. never because they are playing a champion that is "off meta".
