Soloq wouldn't be the first time Rito failed to deliver on promises

I remember when the Tribunal went down there was red posts saying stuff like

"here's this automated punishment system while we work on the new and improved tribunal"

"we like the sense of community and fairness that a user input system like the tribunal gives and would hate to lose it"

etc.

and so the tribunal was unavailable for a little over a year, then Riot removed it from the site entirely.

So you know... RIP soloq.
