A snowballing jungler already in a decent enough place and you decide to buff him, why may i ask?
Cant you just nerf eve rammus and shyv ?

ProfDrDeath1 votesBecause those buffs are probably the accompying changes to the nerfs he is confirmed to receive, and somehow got PBE'd without being joined with their respective nerfs.
If there are no nerfs by the end of the week, then you get to complain.
