Riot you are in a critical state right now. The state of the game needs addressed IMMEDIATELY. All of the real players are leaving in favor of other games since they feel their voice isn't being heard, since the changes reflect not much of the things people are asking for.

I dont want to hear this 'vocal minority' shit, every single person who has made an effort to state their voice and opinion has basically been ignored. We have some people here like Nectar and Repetoir who try to keep some communication going (which is good) but ultimately its not their fault. It's the change designers fault.

The streamers, the people, the forum goers, even the reddit goers state things and none of them seem to really be acknowledged. We get random workarounds and jank fixes that dont actually address the issue at hand clearly trying to fuel an alternate motive.

This is a critical state of the game right now. Even coaches realize that the state of the game is so in favor of inbalanced matchmaking and random players that there is absolutely no agency in the game anymore, so while ultimately their coaching can help tune some winrate, even the perfect player is still going to lose a huge amount of games because of someone else.

You gotta kick it into high gear. Fortnite isn't whats making people leave, its another attractive option. It could be any game that comes up, people will take that over this.

Not saying that they shouldn't work on the game, but give it a bit and Fortnite will fade off just like Pubg did.

I mean...yeah, eventually another game WILL come along, that is just how things work, nothing stays on top forever.

LOL remember Pokemon GO? Epic Games are starting to ruin their game slowly so I wouldn't be surprised if it died out soon.

Don't even get me started on Pokemon Go, I have NEVER seen a company fuck up free money THAT hard. They had pure fucking liquid self printed gold and they fucked up at LITERALLY every opportunity.

Like, I understand companys making mistakes, it is hard to run a business and certain leeways have to be given, NO ONE could have expected THAT much success but they just fucked up everything, literally everything. Servers being shit at launch, fair, every big game has shit servers at launch, but the bugs, the shit reception to solve them, the removing of features player's like due to inability to fix said bugs, Pokemon Go Fest, just my god.

You're basically arguing an impossibility. New games will always have a luster that old ones do not. Sometimes they fade, sometimes they stay.

Fortnite is a different genre of game; LoL's core target is the MOBA fanbase; Fortnite's is arenas or whatever. They're different by nature.

You're also claiming "every single person" statements...

I honestly don't even know what you're bitching about, as you don't even supply copy pasta solutions/requests.

Piss off, man.

When was the last time you looked at a patch notes for a nerf/buff (that wasn't zoe) and thought ''Yes, this adequately solves the problem''

Oh thats right, never.

More like most of the time.

Jhin needed buffing, he got buffed. Rengar was still eating shit after the rework, he got buffed, etc.

There are times that a champion seems to not need a buff or a nerf but it still occurs. You are making it look like every single buff/nerf is stupid and makes a champion extremely broken or super weak. I feel like Riot has issues OVER-nerfing champs at certain times destroying their winrate.

Right so you saw a jhin buff, which was a 2% increase AD early game and 4% increase late game and thought "oh yes jhin absolutely isnt garbage tier now. That 2 ad is really going to help him!"

Rengar needs more flat number boosts. The reason hes still eating shit after the rework is that all of things that made him oppressive pre rework are gone: Stacking ferocity, triple q, etc. On top of having a flat out weaker version of the pre rework Q.

Riot doesn't want to overbuff champions. There were countless times in previous seasons where Riot overbuff champions that caused them to just be flat out busted.

Both Jhin's and Rengar's winrate and overall ranking improved after the release of Patch 8.5.

I played League because it was a competitive game. Now, with Season 8's "Rune's Reforged," Riot has catered toward casual/new players. Which has ruined the competitive aspect of the game due to overloaded runes, excessive damage, and RNG elements.

Why would anyone want to play Season 8 competitively with infested gimmicks and RNG that completely diminishes the skill-gap?

Other then Klepto, what RNG is in the runes?

And where did you hear this? Games like Fortnite are a completely different genre of gameplay.

What coaches are you talking about? Pro team coaches? I've never heard of coaches leaving for other games just because League is in an unbalanced state. Fortnite is overrated just like every other game that became popular out of nowhere just to lose popularity as time goes on.

Although Season 8 started out rough, I like the current state of the game excluding certain outliners that are still off. Riot is listening and the game has improved a decent amount since all the issues that sprouted when the preseason hit.

The pro scene of the game is currently doing very well with new teams and players adding new variety to the scene. There are more top contending teams and not just TSM and Cloud 9 destroying every other team just to fail in the end.
