Redemption should not be in ARAM

It is already very cost efficient and "broken" to be considered healthy as is, but in ARAM, it is much worse. The stats, while not combative (no ad or ap) are really good for combat when healing is not available by backing. Also, the whole healing/hurting active is pretty strong since the diameter is more or less 70-80% of the lane's width depending on where it is used. AND that it can be used when dead is huge. If anything, this has made lopsided games where one team has a healing champion (like Soraka, Taric, Kayle, Nid, and god damn broken SONA) far better for the team with them and worse for the team without.

It's ARAM. who cares. it isn't meant to be balanced.

true, but they do limit some items

Healing is already reduced by 50% in ARAM, so I don't really see how it's that much of a problem.

The item is more useful since 1) gold is gained faster, 2) the ability to back and heal is eliminated, 3) can be used when dead at 5500 range meaning most of the time you can use it effectively, 4) the width is close to the width of the lane, and 5) it is really cost efficient for the stats it gives.

Especially for the champion Soraka, who uses her own health as a cost (10% max or something) when she heals you, can get a lot of benefit from the 400 health, the 10% CDR, and the 75% base-health and mana regen. It only costs 2100 gold and you start with 1400 gold (i think), so you have over half of the total cost just by entering the game, and both item 3114 and item 3801 can be a decent starting items for a Soraka to have in ARAM.

But other champions can benefit just as much from the regens, health, passives, and CDR. Like tanks, other healers, and other supporting champions. So it is not just limited to Soraka alone.
