Literally nobody is happy in the state of Evelynn right now. Evelynn players think she's really weak, and literally everybody else hates that her only counterplay is removable by other players, and that you have to spend an absurd amount of gold just for a small window of seeing her.

It's ridiculous on both ends. Evelynn mains hate how week she is and players hate how you have to contest to be able to see one member of a team.

Just rework her entirely, so that this stops.
