Let's rework the jungle, here are some ideas.

Removed jungle exp bonus from machete and talisman. Increased experience from COMPLETED jungle items for catch up (power farm because the team sucks etc).

You are barely a level behind, but still hit level 11 etc at a rapidly fast pace.
