Warrior Enchantment is a boring item.
It's a ball of stats. Gold efficient stats, but stats nonetheless. With Runeglaive we've got the sheen passive, with Cinderhulk we've got the sunfire passive, with Devourer we have the Devourer passive, but Warrior gets nothing but stats.
I suggest making the Warrior enchantment have a tiamat passive that's modified to excel in the jungle. Increased cleave damage to monsters and a cooldown that is lowered based on autos vs monsters. The stats would of course have to come down to compensate, but overall I think it'll be a stronger item, and certainly a more exciting item. Plus there isn't a single champion that uses warrior now that would be nerfed by it gaining the tiamat passive and active.

Potential build path, stats, and pricing:
Tiamat (1250) + Tier 2 jungle item (1050) + 500 combine cost = 2800 gold
40 AD (10 more than Tiamat) 100% health regen (50% more than Tiamat) Autoattacks passively cleave in an area, doing 25-75% of the user's total ad depending on how close they are. Monsters take 75-125% of the user's total ad instead.
Active: The next three basic attacks will increase the size of the cleave. The damage from the cleave heals the user for 50% of the damage done.
