Lol I play Talon alot. Vayne wrecks me in most cases. If Vayne is skilled, she can dodge my W, dodge at least 1 R, and then kite/E me. Even if she doesn't dodge, she can survive my full burst, unless I'm very fed. Almost anyone can survive Talon's burst these days :/ his E is only gap closer, and you use it to engage. summoner 21 item 3072 item 3040 item 3157 item 3026 <- I can't think of a case, when any squishee doesn't have at least one of these..

EDIT: btw, I don't think Kassadin has the damage to kill Vayne right now. I may be wrong tho.

6 item melee vs 2 item vayne...all of these would easily kill her in the scenario given...

Jax leaps on her and stuns..she is dead in 2-3 hits (if she condemns faster than he can use the stun he just kites out of her range until it is back up, his cd is shorter)

Xin with item 3078 item 3110 item 3065 item 3153 item 3075 item 1305 yeah Vayne stands 0 chance (and similar to Jax, his gap closer is a shorter cd than vayne's condemn even before the cdr is taken into account)

Talon will easily burst her out (pop Yomuu's and ult. You think she has the reaction time to condemn him faster than he can burst her with that advantage?)

Kassadin is condemned back...then ults on top of her again...and again...and again (6 items...he is at least level 16)

Its actually funny that you mention this. Vayne is 100% single target sustained damage. Meaning you can burst her down, I always enjoy picking burst AD carries and 2 shotting her before she gets a single W proc on me.
