Not like they have to pay employee's, manage servers, paying normal electricity and water bills. Don't forget taxes. And investors. And other finances.

Also McDonalds took out some of the healthy choices because not many people were buying them. Some were but not enough to justify the costs.

With dominion it was a fun gamemode but not enough people were playing it to justify keeping it up.

Well they do have to pay taxes for using water, roads, electricity and the building they use. All are from the government. Meaning they have to pay taxes or they will get shutdown. (Yes I am a nerd)

but the building they rent that the company who owns the building might pay taxes for the money he makes but might not neccesarily do so.

You know what tax havens are ye most big bussinesses use them to dodge having to pay any taxes its bullhsit but its what happens allover the world.

No commoners they pay taxes not corporations and multinationals no they got loopholes for that, its all totally legal too so yea what can you do.

they might not do things this way but seeing as how big they are and since they are allover the world i doubt they wouldn't funnel their money through some country where they pay next to no taxes.

I know this shit happens cos here in holland the taxes for foreign countries are a joke so tons of them got an address here and funnel their money through holland to exempt themselfes from taxes they need to pay back home, not 1 employee here nope not even a brick let alone an office just a post addres. companies can do this due to international and national legislations.

Be happy you had it in the first place. On OCE we never got a chance to play that map (well once we transferred over to OCE from NA). We only have Aram and Summoners Rift. We don't even have Twisted Treeline.

It still sucks though.

Funny how they say ARAM is a healthy and competitive game mode compared to Dominion when there are obnoxiously overpowered champions alongside completely useless ones in HA, along with thousands of ARAM accounts that abuse the system and make the game unfun for casual players, who are the intended audience for ARAM

Treating Dominion like a special game mode was wrong, but tbf, most if not all of the special gamemodes would get old pretty quick and end up with established metas, ruining the entire experience.

Remember how urf got a meta in about a day? Remember how it was so much less fun afterwards?

The only reason ARAM is an exception is because of its random champion function.

Now that Dominion is gone... how will we play hide and seek? Twisted Treeline? Summonors Rift? Howling Abyss? Or will Hide and Seek leave with Dominion?

It will most likely have to leave because it was the only map to allow minions to not spawn.

I want teambuilder back, same as anyone.

But I'm a part of the h/s community, and we've been getting shafted for a long, long time. Removing IP gains was a low blow, and riot hasn't commented whatsoever on h/s ever. It's extremely frustrating.

Just a little question: Why is h/s bound to Dominion? Why not play it on SR (okay, there the map would be a little bit big) or TTR?

In the Crystal Scar, you don't have to make the minions appear. We don't have that option in Summoner's Rift, and the turrets there make it for no fun, even if you are just in the jungle since you have to cross the lanes to get to the other jungle. Not enough space to play around in, too many things can go wrong (turret damage, minion and monster exp/leeching) and the map in general can feel too claustrophobic if you're seen, since there's almost no where to run (no base). There's also passive exp on the Crystal Scar, and the gold gain is much faster than Summoner's Rift.

Sometimes products do better in another culture. For all we know E-$ports dominion could be bigger in places that don't like SR.

Am I the only one who finds that the fact that people are upset because they are removing "Hide and Seek" (not "Dominion") just backs up their decision to remove it? Seems like most people just see it as user made mini game they created, not the actual gamemode.
