Lee is always a popular pick, even when he's bad. You know why? He's fun as shit to play. Have you ever tried him? Same reason why people play Lucian even when he's trash. Maybe he's always popular because people want to have fun while playing a video game?

decent mechanics doesn't mean your good at lee sin. just because you play a champion doesn't mean your good at him. 35% of all people can't be good at one of the hardest champion

syndra winrate dropped a lot after her playrate went up to 9%. and she isn't as hard as lee
