Because his damage is actually great IF he can auto attack.
The others are simply better because they don't need to auto attack most of the time.

ignyte2 votesit breaks my heart the days we live in. i actually used to love playing jhin and varus if enemy picked jhin. this was before the lethality shenanigans. varus used to be my favorite "counter" pick to jhin s6 - pre-season. now i just feel dirty playing them. not because they are particularly strong (varus has been quietly strong for a long while, and jhin has always been S tier) but because everyone just hates you when you play them. i find it hard to enjoy playing my favorite marksman when the enemy team just tells you " fun champ, sick champ, wow what a champ " sarcastically or the classic "youre just playing an OP champ, ur not good lelel lul"

Anything else is considered an odd pick. To me the problem feels like patches are going by and too few champions are being changed or the changes are so small that they are insignificant. You get a 2 second buff to an as steroid on Trist.

Ashe? .....in pro play maybe but outside that it's waaaay to hard to play her. You literally need your team to sit on her to prevent assassins from oneshotting poor slow scaling and very weak and frail ashe.
I know this because i tried and i got ashe at lvl 7.
Few days ago i played her, did decently in lane and was going somewhat well. I decided to group because enemy team had a rengar and i figured the middle of my tanks was the safest spot.
I died 4 outa 5 times when he leapt into my team, most of the times before my support or i could even exhaust or flash.
Later on a kha6 and a talon did the same thing.
I lost faith after that, this is not a good time for Ashe at all, doesn't help that besides huge burst everyone has a 
.

Korea likes ashe too however her winrate is the 17th...there 17 counted.
And get fed with Ashe? x) Who in the world would be so bad as to let Ashe kill them? She is pitiful early and midgame is also subpar.
She needs like 3 items before she becomes relevant as anything more than a support which is why i do not believe she can't manage in this meta of 1 item powerspikes, or even just 1 component spike.
However much i like her, just looking at this i know something's bad if korea's 5th most popular ADC is also the one with the worst winrate. I like her but this meta has her face first on the floor :(

I also don't think it's always smart to take into account only Korean statistics without a pinch of salt as there are lot of bots. Not too mention that despite all of that, Ashe is close to always in the top 3 marksman in Pro play.
It's not hard for Ashe to get anymore fed in laning phase then it is for a Sivir, she does have serious kill potential come level 6 as her Ultimate works as an instant stun at close range. She works as a good lane counter against Varus and Caitlyn as well, as her Range is close to matching theirs.
Saying she needs 3 items before she comes relevant isn't really anything special or even bad.
Unless you're talking about early game marksman like 
, that logic pretty much applies to every ADC.
Vayne isn't really relevant till she gets items, Caitlyn is utter garbage up until she maxes out her abilites,
and I wouldn't even consider Sivir a marksman until she finishes her 
crit combo.

And in EUW, EUNE and NA she is at highest 14th, then 16th and 17th. In other words she is either dead last or 3 steps away from dead last across most servers. Is that enough for looking at the whole?
And sivir is....not great either, she is so simply that most know what she does and how to counter it. It would boil down to her support there too.
And Close range Ashe ulti stuns only briefly, even with that ashe loses extremely hard in damage against a lethality user.
She is awful against cait do caits trading patterns being quick and brutal which ashe can't deal with at all. And Varus.....is an Ashe with more upfront damage that then becomes a AD xerath with a root Ulitmate. He is very good against her too if played well.
Nope, current Ashe sucks against pretty much everything and counters nothing, this because she lacks any form of meaningful damage without a powerful support to back her up and in that case it's often better to just give the support all the kills and have them end the game before the enemy can comeback.
And Sivir is actually good with just 
due to being able to push extremely hard and spamm Q quite freely. Issue is just that she is so straightforward meaning nearly anyone knows what she does.

Caitlyn is very relevant early game due to her range and head-shot damage.

(Or if you're dumb enough to step on one), she can get off some guaranteed head-shots. Otherwise her early game is no better than most ADCs.
Her early-game isn't bad, but similarly to Tristana' it's utter garbage in comparison to the monster she is late-game.

Fixed. That champion is severely problematic in every aspect. The only time I don't want him banned is when I get something like Rengar who will oneshot him every time he tries to ult.
Other than that, please keep him the hell out of my games...
