I haven't seen any Ziggs bot lane yet but I'm sure Riot will nerf him for it.

No champion should be able to literally 100-0 a tower with one ability. Things become popular because they're easily exploitable.

and he's overwhelming

except if you don't pick an ADC and either take a lane bully like Fiora Pantheon bot lane (ziggs was always weak against assassins but assassins are garbage) that can kill him at lvl 2 or 3 or if you pick waveclear mages/siege mages like TwistedFate Velkoz that have low mana cost+mana sustain

in both cases, Ziggs forces you to not pick an ADC

and riot can't allow this, adc should be picked in every games

They need to fix itemization for AD's. AND fix the fact jg's can shit storm into lane with full health and 2 levels up at level 6 then dick the whole bot lane.
