Why does Riot just remove armor from League?

Its not like Riot are going to nerf their precious rediculous AD items they've introduced, or or . There is virtually no point in building armor as a last item on any champion that is not an out and out tank. Armor feels so weak and useless at the moment and I wonder if anyone else is tired of how , , and can basically snowball out into a level were you cannot hope to actually win.

I am bored of seeing these champions constantly Riot because people know they are easy to play and reap massive benefits from essentially doing nothing. They really do not have to put in any special effort to get fed.
