There arent many champions in the game that dont have a slow or hard cc. Find me a mage that builds rylais who has no slow or hard cc. Hell find me a mage with neither of the 2. Find an assassin with no cc wait katarina dangit

Edge of Daybreak1 votesi assume so i just dont get the goal. Riot knew this in advance then gave it the slow. I could say every assassin has cc so why does ghostblade have movespeed? Im not exactly making waves with that one as much as showing you my mastery of noticing the obvious and slapping it onto a random question.
