Can we give her some buffs? Shes currently only playable if your support picks rakan (whos extremely strong/the one whos carrying the lane).

Like some compensation for her losing ER her core item would be nice, she has been at 46~48% wr for quite a while.

If your support has a hard CC, it's gucci. Leona is good, since she has so much CC for instance. (had a game where my Leona Supp was just wrecking the Botlane )

Both Rakan and Xayah can work without each other.

I'll admit that Rakan can manage better than Xayah, but if your Support is doing his work, lady bird will be fine.
