Flat CDR runes are the most expensive in the game. I understand you're trying to prove a point but you're being very misleading while doing so.

My point is that you're being misleading about rune prices.

9 scaling AP glyphs for a standard rune page cost 3690 IP. Those are standard runes that you could run on any AP champion and do well. You don't have to spend 7300 IP on flat CDR runes just to compete.

This is a really shoddy argument. The point is you have to put hours and hours and hours of game time in just to afford one set of runes for your page. That's kind of retarded.

It makes me even more sad when my teammates can't and they are playing Cait with an AP rune page because that is all they can afford.

Yeah, runes are rather pricey, but I can't say much since technically IP is free, so by that logic, they are free as well. They just cost a lot of time. I don't necessarily agree with the prices on runes, but it isn't my place to make demands either, y'know?

Yah, I dunno man. I could buy every remaining rune and champion if I wanted, and still have enough for a car, if they released a new champion that was a car.

Yah, some runes are expensive, but you don't need every rune. Have you heard that pro players practice by using 0 runes while playing against random people? You don't need any runes to play well in this game.
