It's litterally one of the most anti fun things I've gone up against even Teemo is more fun to lane against he needs to be punished harder for building iceborn I feel he should lose out on a ton of damage if that's gonna be his first item.

He still does damage and doesn't die lol I'm not saying it's broken beyond belief but it's anti fun to play against and I have to disagree maybe another AP champ who can all in wouldn't be bad but if we are talking top lane AD champs will do no damage because of 
and on top of that he gets a shield mitigating more damage. I can see 
( because of true damage and passive) or 
(because of E) be ok in that match up but the thing is with that too even if they gap close on to him all he needs to do is W and that's the end of that there's nothing else you can do from that point on and you most likely did 0 damage even if you did he's gonna have

so it doesn't even really matter and that's for the people who would be ok in the match up. Everyone else gets tottaly shit on. You play a tank? Well he won't do too much damage to you I'd you build MR but he has klepto so he's just gonna farm off you play someone like

yeah thats not even remotely the same dude they still die very easily viktor build allows him to be tanky and be mobile by getting movement speed buff while slowing you you jump on an ADC if they have no peel they WILL die life steal allows you to live sustained fights a 
almost 100% of the time they will kill them and any small form of CC can kill an assassin they are mobile but will die if their movements are impaired

ZT Xperimentor1 votesOne hell of a run-on sentence . . . . . 'Still dies very easily' then you show several champions notorious for being difficult to catch let alone punish for making mistakes. Besides all of them having significantly more mobility than victor, sure I wouldn't say he's immobile, but his bonus movement speed is weak in comparison to all those dashes/blinks.

I never said any of these champions were fun to play against so trying to make me look like a hypocrite is not only irrelevant but also pointless.
ZT Xperimentor1 votesLifesteal by itself won't necessarily save a marksmen, it's the combination of their built in mobility/cc with their items improving their ability to kite/spam. To be blunt, some punctuation would've helped clear up your intention in the first place.

He should receive the same treatments as Tekko, Creativity is ok but invalidating any meele pick cause this guy can litterally stay out of range spammin his Q and keeping you aways with W it's pure cancer
