"Better nerf Akali and LeBlanc"

While Veigar runs around one shotting people at level 6 onwards while still scaling up to late game and beyond.

Akali and Leblanc fall off late game because it is hard to put out damage, while Veigar spams Q and W and deals more damage than Akali and Leblanc combined and then executes the target with R. Which fking idiot decided to change Veigar's ultimate from anti-mage to missing health execute? Which idiot decided to buff Veigar's W cooldown to 8 seconds and add this passive stacking mechanic where he gets reduced cooldown based on stacks?

Right now, Veigar's E counters 123 champions in the game because these 123 champions don't have a blink in their kit unless they use flash. Why the fuck is Veigar allowed to have a better basic ability than some entire champions kits combined? Even if you don't get stunned by the E, you are still trapped inside as he spams W off cooldown and he teams kills your team without you being able to do anything. How many times are you going to QSS? How many times are you going to cleanse?

His only form of counterplay is jump on to him, which is the same counterplay to most fucking champions in the game. So what's the difference?
