Everything is starting with base mr and armor now. I made a post about a morg with a rod missing Q and botching E and just ulting igniting and actually killing me.

Thought syndras "Press R to win" thing was a meme? That's just a reality now.

As a TF main, who is farm dependent as his lane phase and base damage is extremely weak (You trade this to make plays around the map of course) I basically am just getting dumped on lane repeatedly. Because I started every game with base mr.

But Riot's feature of video of "This one of the neat TF builds we found etc etc etc" was such a joke I couldn't believe. Yes Riot, getting 20 hp back on an energized auto is REALLY HELPING ME when I'm starting lane with 30 mr as one of the weaker laners in the game.

As crazy as this sounds I suggest you try Kleptomancy. The consumables give you amazing sustain and that's on top of the extra gold. Also in inspiration, biscuit delivery. Since you're getting potion duration and extra potions, start with Dark Seal for the extra potion healing.

Klepto is fun but the inspiration tree is really weak on the stats outside of the 5% cdr thing or +100 health. Kleptomancy doesn't make you tougher, or faster, or hit harder. same deal with biscuits. same deal with free boots, or futures market. Inspiration is cute but really only works on a support.

Futures Market lets you hit your item spikes sooner. It's good on everyone.

+100 health is the most durability you can get from a rune for early game if you're willing to take the damage loss. Personally I don't think I'd take it but idk.

As far as other stats go, you get the stats of the secondary tree + a little extra.

There are no runes that actually make you tougher so the sustain from Klepto + Biscuit Delivery is literally the best you're gonna get. Try not to get bursted. Like I know it's not ideal or easy but it's the only option. Of course some champs can't reliably trade with autos but TF should be able to with gold card.
