New Urgot looks more like a TOP/JG/MID laner than an ADC
His kit looks to be made for 1v1 solo lanes. Depending on scalings, he seems like he would still build 
and 
maybe. None of these items scream ADC to me. Then again, neither did Urgot for the most part. Be now with how his kit looks, I defiantly think he makes for a better solo laner, especially with that ult. Hell he might even make a good Jungler with his shielding, AOEs, CC, and Ult ganks.
