Her WR is even lower than rumble now, whos well known for being trash tier atm.
When are the buffs happening? We have been waiting riot, any day now... If i riven was a tank she would have got buffed 6 patches ago.

You are a wise Riven player since you know that Riven has 2 states: average or permabanned.
Automated Riven1 votesRofl. She was permanned for 2 weeks after her last buffs which game her like 10 damage on her q. (ie not super useful)
But it's both permabanned and other people play her. When she gets to a level where you can kinda do ok without being good with her people come out of the woodwork to pick her before I do.

Laura ß1 votesIf the champion has a low win rate its because only good players can get wins with that champion, I actualy prefer my main champion to have below 50% win rate because that means its not auto win brain dead buffed, if riven gets buffed then noobs that dont even play with her and dedicate with her will win just because her stats are high and not because of skill.

has a 48.8% winrate and I think he's fine. I actually prefer the sub 50% winrate because it means less popularity for the champion. If you're good with the champion, global winrate shouldn't matter all that much.
