Is Runeglaive that OP or are our items just too bland?

People are freaking out about the GP and Orianna lol. I don't really see anything too broken about GP using as he needs a shitton of farm to get it to where he'll actually benefit from it and I don't see anything broken about Orianna getting as she actually has to get in range to utilize it successfully.

I mean if the mana regen is THAT good on it, then riot can simply remove the mana regen from minions and call a day right?

It doesn't give mana regen on minions.

What league needs is more items, but nope that's too different.
