Riot is deleting Twisted Treeline.

"If we made Twisted Treeline today, it would be for our Rotating Game Mode Queue (RGMQ) – that's where we mix things up and give you fresh modes for a shorter amount of time. If the population for Ranked 3's stays healthy, we’ll maintain the same windows as Ranked 5s. If the queue times become too long and the matchups are difficult to balance for the number of players in the queue, we’ll have to make a decision on whether it’s best if we move into in the the RGMQ where it will get shorter, healthier periods of play."
It's going to become a "rotating mode" just like "definitely not dominion."
I called it: they added ranked 3s to the "limited to certain times of day" schedule just like ranked 5s in an attempt to kill the hardcore "3v3 only" players. Soon those players will quit, and the "population will become too low" and "matchups will be too difficult to balance" and the mode will be moved to the rotating game mode lineup.
I called it 3 weeks ago: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/GD/9PkrtMqa-riot-is-killing-twisted-treeline-by-forcing-less-ppl-to-play-it-so-they-can-delete-it-like-dominion
They can't actually admit that they're intentionally killing it, but that is indeed what they are doing.

PS: I'm aware Riot said "matchmaking and queue times are healthier right now" but that doesn't necessarily mean the map isn't dying: if half the people quit, and the remaining half of the population was squeezed into a 6 hour window, Matchmaking and queue times would improve 2x.... But the map is still being killed.
's and get the enemy extremely fed.
That is what dominion, Co-Op vs AI, and TT have had to deal with for ages. When dominion got removed, They moved to other modes and now infest them. They have even have spread to ARAM and Riot has mentioned little on how they will fix the problem.
Like it or not, underused modes help filter these bots so they don't wreak havoc in the main modes. The fewer modes that are available, the more likely they will end up in ranked.
