Veigar is way too safe

For someone who totally denies mobility assassins, ap mages, while being able to nuke in area. Decrease his Q range, take out that BS enemy ap ratio on his ult.

Most AP champs build zhonyas, and veigar's ult is not instant damage, there is travel time. This means that if you are even slightly competent you can dodge his stun (you could use cleanse just in case you step into it) then he won't be able to just use his w and ult to kill you and if he ults while you are not stunned you can use your zhonyas to avoid all of the damage.

i can care slightly less than his Q , but his ultimate is to strong. the ap ratio is perfect 1 for 1 and then on top of that 80% of what ever the enemy has. it more or less forces the enemy to play some one who is either AD or can quickly handle veigar before he becomes a serious threat to the entire team.

I would kinda think riot would have a good sense of direction with infinite scaling champs. at least as far as to cut their scaling down semi-drastic. sense once again... they scale even after being 6 slotted.
