I think I've thought about or have posted at least a dozen vent posts about trolls ruining ranked matches, there isn't really a good solution. Sorry to say but we'll just have to deal with the losses from trolls and keep paddling on.

Best i could suggest is that riot send notifications whenever anyone you reported got punished. Because currently only the last person to report someone gets notified. Maybe if people saw that the report system actually kinda works they would be more likely to use it
