Why do we need to wait and hope the champ we want to test out becomes free-to-play each week. Just give players a sandbox mode to test out champions/builds and team comps, and combos.
Of course Riot loses money from us testing champs so many upvotes necessary!!!

Thats what im looking for, i know that you almost never get fully built in game, but having the ability to test out different combos of items, their order, and how to use them is where the "sandbox" mode comes from. The other thing is just letting the availability of all champs during bots matches. So people could practice them before they buy them.

That's why I said we need Doombots on permanent cycle. The reason you don't get to test full builds is because the games end too quickly. If the bots were significantly harder the games (theoretically) would go much longer.
While it would be nice to be able to play any champ I don't think that's entirely necessary. I think just giving people a good place to practice champs they've bought outside of normals or ranked would be great. This would be a great first step.
