but what do you get when a champion has all 3 aspects i mentioned? they become to reliable she is a ticking time bomb ready to 1 vs 1 when she gets a bork her snowball item is also way cheaper then most other adc's

Well, it is a team game, every role requires allies to full fill their job... Assassins, contrary to what people think, don't really do much on their own in a 5v5 situation other than die, they need their team to draw aggro to allow them to do their job, a tank is worthless with no follow up and can't take objectives reliably, carries, whether adc or a mage need a team for protection, utility based champions need allies to support.

A decent yasuo can be problem for a decent Vayne but an expert vs expert Vayne wins both teamfight and duels.

The problem with Vayne is that Most champions who are going to fight Vayne(fighters,tanks,assassins,etc)have 1 mobility spell(gap closer) and they will
use it only to a least get to her and then will be hardcore kited after Vayne uses her point and click knockback.
The only exceptions I can possibly see are

Vayne wins when you allow her to all-in with BoRK + her bonus AD from Ult. Other than when she has her ult up, there's no way she's going to win short trades or burst fights against an AD going IE first.

Ohh, you know what? Bruiser Shaco is good. But AP Shaco is even better, that in conjunction with high AD.

Nimba1 votes1v1ing is what Vayne has going for her. She doesn't waveclear like Sivir or siege like Cait, she can't push towers like Trist or poke like Corki. Being able to straight up kill someone in a duel is Vayne's thing, she sacrifices what most other adcs have to possess this.
If Vayne wasn't mobile or could peel by herself she'd be garbage tier. An adc that's not really good at getting objectives through any other means than by straight up killing people will struggle if shes bad at killing people.
