Why do we consider Fiora balanced?

Mob Psycho 1003 votesAt the moment, she's very balanced. Pre-rework Fiora was allowed to cheese in 1v1's and get a tasty invulnerability with her ult. Current Fiora has pros and Cons that are well balanced, in my opinion. She's new though, so she has to find her spot/build/playstyle all over again.

her winrate today was well over 50% again and with a decent overall playrate. its exactly happening what was to be expected. the hype of her rework dies down, people who stick with her are gaining practise are getting better and win more games.
