Singed W should root after a few seconds

I honestly don't understand why singed W doesn't just simply root after standing on it for at least 3 seconds. I am aware that they added that that secondary active to his E, but it is extremely rare that singed is able to actually utilize that root.

I propose they just remove that secondary effect to his E and just have targets get rooted if they have been standing in his pool for 3 seconds. Also, another great CC would be for his W to pull enemies to center if they attempt to DASH(not blink) out of it.

I honestly think his W is fine. It is actually pretty powerful when you land them perfectly(meaning they have to walk the entire thing).

But honestly if Riot want singed to see some viability like they did with Poppy is to give him some ranged farming capabilities to just not be countered he he should be able to deal damage(ONLY TO MINIONS) with his W.
