Titanic Hydra should give 500 HP

Currently it gives 2775 gold in stats for 3300 without counting the active and passive

Comparing this to Trinity Force and The Black Cleaver (Meddler said this item should fulfill a similar role for juggernauts - http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/rFbd7hyy-new-items-steraks-gage-and-titanic-hydra), the item is pathetically inefficient.

It's efficiency is 84% before its passives while The Black Cleaver's is 105% before its two passives, and Trinity Force is 121% efficient before its passives. Giving Hydra 500 HP makes it more in line with the other items stat wise. It still won't break 100% with the 500 HP but at least it'll be closer

but titanic hydra gives you damage based of your hp +cleave

aka the more hp the more damage and the more cost effective the item

meanwhile hydra gives you only the cleave

I watched Pawnce's stream with him playing Garen with the 20% slow Judgement at the time. Titanic Hydra's active was a total abomination dealing too much damage with the active, less that the passive with just 2000 health.
