I've been trying out Mordakaiser on the pbe and I decided Storm Raiders should help me out, but overall, it felt like it had no effect.
It also seems hard to proc if you can't even get to your target to begin with...
Does anyone have any success with it?

Dolasaur1 votesIt helps out, but doesn't totally negate the juggernaut weakness. You might have to ghost, or flash, or ambush in brush, or have Zilean speed you up, or have Annie stun someone, or have Lee Sin/Blitzcrank bring an enemy to you, etc.

Erockandroll1 votesStorm raiders is really a burst oriented Mastery. In the Hands of an Assassin, It can give the Assassins the tools needed to either pursue their victim, or potentially retreat if things go unfavorably.
For me, I'd try in on the likes of Jayce. You are fairly likely to get the damage off with your cannon, and the extra speed boost will help you close the gap for your hammer stance.
