@meddler or any rioter about the riven last patch changes

Is it me or did you guys unintentionally mess up her Q? This feels really similar on how you guys broke renekton W the other patch.

Before the patch the faster you did the more dps you got with it, now it just cant go faster than a certain point, it feels like it has some sort of speed cap now, it feels terrible to play with as i just Q combo as i did last patch and i keep canceling autos because the spell itself isnt being canceled as fast as you could before.

The whole "more reliable" is looking like just more clunky instead/worse, not cool, could those Q changes be reverted? Atleast would like to see this looked into, thanks.
