So i dodged my first dynamic q today.

So after this, some questions arose out of this. I primarily dodged because there was a garen jg without smite. I asked "is this duo top or??" To which i received no reply. As a result, i said "I am dodging if i receive no reply" Which i did, because i hate trolls. Then i thought about it, why cant we report trolls we dodged away from? Also, why is not communicating not punishable o.o I feel like if you play a TEAM game., and don't say a single word, or rather type, it should be punishable via tribunal.
