Can we fix Jax's ultimate bug?

The aura around him that gives his ultimate a visual effect no longer remains for the full 8 seconds like it used to. It disappears almost instantly, giving no long-term visual representation that his ultimate is up unless the enemy counts 8 seconds to themselves.

It's been like this for a few patches but hasn't been addressed by Riot yet.
