Add a report/dodge system

I see a lot of people queing for "bot" and thinking that they are support. Top mid jungle support and bot are the options. Why would there be 2 ways to pick support people?

Who cares? You're picking a lane, not a champion. If they're changing lanes, that's problematic, but if you're complaining that they're changing their champion, that doesn't matter.
