If a kat is killing you without her passive, she is grossly fed. If you are complaining that a 10-0 kat is killing a 0-10 ashe, then something is wrong with you.

the prob with kat two things (or one thing depending on how u look at it) and that is her dagger

there should NOT be a reset on shunpo... without her passive. getting a kill or assist.. picking them up to reset is absolute bullshit

that and/or the dagger she throws needs to land on on in front of you, NOT behind you.

becuase when it lands behind you you either walsk TOWARDS kat and die... or you walk through the dagger and you die.

kat was a million times easier to deal with before her "rework".

one or both of these changes need to be done

The problem with Kat is that her damage is absurd for how little risk she has. She either needs to lose the reset, or lose a good portion of her damage (ESPECIALLY on her E and R).

As it is, she can just mash E on you, use gunblade, and nearly one shot you with or without her passive thanks to how silly Electrocute's damage is.

kat already got nerfed more than enough times for your midlaner to be able to shut her down early her E reset time early game (sometime march S7) her E damage (august S7) her passive was also recently nerfed to where it does even less damage than she already was she went from a 53% winrate champion to a 50-49% how much more do you want her to be nerfed?
