Despite my love of Trinity Force on Draven, I understand and kind of support removing the crit on Trinity Force in favor of more CDR. Plus I've always secretly wished Stinger had more use. BUT:
Where will be done to compesate Gangplank? Removing all that crit chance from Trinity Force is obviously a huge nerf to the most critical aspect of his gameplay.
Weathered1 votesIn a recent TSM Dyrus vlog he said that he was fine with the Trinity changes because he felt that GP wouldn't be affected very much, and if he for some reason was, there are alternate build paths.
Smitemuffin3 votesWhile there may be alternate build paths, the dev attitude of "you play what we TELL you to play" is why many people are quitting this game.
In fact, having tons of fun build paths was what made pre-rework Gangplank so enjoyable to many players. Myself included.
As a longtime fan of playing Neville Plankbottom, I hope they give him an AP ration on Q and let barrels apply lichbane :3

Corki: This is a really huge nerf to him and he's being hit the hardest, not to mention the fact that his winrate is the lowest of the ADC already, and he's already on the "have to do something about this" list. Gangplank: I think he was just on the observation list; there's clearly going to be some issues but I Corki's woes overshadows his. Yasuo: There's almost no worry about him, since he has other items, but it will obviously hit his popular bruiser Phantom Dancer + TriForce build.

For yasuo triforce and IE are pretty interchangeable
Smitemuffin1 votesAs a follow-up to my post yesterday, I played 4 GP games last night (mid and top) and went 3-1 with the 1 being a 3v5. Here's what worked for me:
Marks & Quints: 19 armor penetration Seals: flat armor Glyphs: flat Mag Res
21/9/0 masteries with Deathfire touch
Corrupting potion > Sheen > Tear of the Goddess > Serrated Dirk
Tear seemed pretty unnecessary because once so got it, I was at 100% mana virtually all the time.
Sheen into Dirk allows you to kill a minion and Q the opponent for bonus damage. Dirk completed first into ghostblade, then trinity force.
Beyond Trin Force, I mostly ignored crit all game. It does just fine
