Disagree all you want. I'm KR challenger. There's no such thing as a champion in this game that has any form of counterplay. I don't know how some get lower win rates it's probably because everyone is shit at this game but every single champion is broken.

Follow these two steps and you will find out that about 80% of those champions have counterplay: 1.Git 2.Gud
