Anyone else find Lucian W kinda useless when pursing targets?
The movespeed from Lucian W is kinda useless when it comes to sticking to targets without allies help. The only real use is to help land his ult. Other than that, the 1 second duration on the movespeed proc is too short and target simply out run me while I'm chasing.
It makes Lucian too dependent on his allies for help.
Would it be op if the move speed proc duration increased to 2 seconds at max rank?
