Is it intended for Ravenous Hunter to heal from Shiv?

I was surprised it worked with Shiv at all but it doesn't work with Sheen. I'm guessing this also means it works with Luden's and Liandry's (although it's probably still not all that useful for mages). This may also mean that it would heal from Electrocute, Comet etc.

I don't mind that it works this way but I just wanted people to know.
