Things that should have disppeared years ago in the ranked environment

ELO resets every season, the 10 placement matches, and promos.

Those three things have exactly ZERO sense in any serious ranked system, but we are somehow dealing with them in Season 10.

Even funnier since the ranked system in Teamfigth Tactics has got rid of promos, but they don't want to apply the same system to Summoners Rift because God knows why…
