I demand direct answer from Riot: How you are supposted to kill Ahri?

if you let ahri initiate on you, you're gunna have a bad time.

try some of these champions. (not all mid laners, i know) but they can really put a dent into her.

PICK THAT FUCKING MALZAHAR Srsly, just oneshot her after dodging her E. Her ranges are low, she WILL come close to you or her R damage is wasted.

well she's a noob friendly champion that has both mobility and damage.

A word of advice? Ahri inherently has advantages and disadvantages against certain champs. Figure out which ones those are.

I've kicked her ass with a couple of different champs and they aren't even counters.

Namely

I played swain vs her and got her a few times. But to be fair, I don't think she knew what swain was

Stun her and kill her or just let her run away. **Do not chase an Ahri. ** Her kit is literally designed for kiting. If you made her blow her ult and charm on defense/escaping - you already won by making her useless.

I've had decent luck with Swain, Malzahar and Vel'Koz. Swain has point and click and a root, Malzahar has safe wave clear and a nice ult, and Vel Koz, despite the matchup being a skill based one, can do good work with well placed Es, and has a good ult finisher if she tries to cling to the back of her tower

Point and click CC. It's the same as how you ruin a Vayne, you put your mouse on them, they ain't moving, they can't do dmg, and your team just picks up the kill

Pink ward the spears

I push the lane really hard. That way she will go oom or miss cs. It also stops her roam. Doesnt work on every champ though if you lack waveclear. She is such bs though. Also my tactic only helps in laning phase, she is still a pain in the ass throughout the rest of the game.
