Two things.

  1. Dunno, they could have been trying champs or have been pre-tilted.

  2. They already did.

  1. They already did.

Adding 15% BONUS true damage to her W and removing the multi-ball grab is a buff, if anything. Her ult still instagibs you, her kit still has too much safety and damage, and she's still bullshit.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

no it's not a buff, considering she could have had like 3 or so balls on her W, it was a give and take, the took away a bunch off damage in the form of multiple objects and returned some of it as non MR mitigatable damage. This is a fair give and take adjustment. That on top of the fact that you have to actually be good at syndra to make any meaningful impact on the game makes your point non-existent.

Niyumi1 votes

Before her W grabbed three balls, Syndra had a good winrate and playrate. They returned her to what she was (minus the Q change), and gave her more damage. So, overall, it's a buff to her state when she had a solid winrate -- it'd be like buffing Jhin despite him having an absurd pickrate and winrate.

And no, you don't have to be good at Syndra anymore. Maybe back when Q>W>E>R didn't one shot people you had to, but now a monkey could play Syndra and do well.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

but think about it, the damage of the three ball version was primarily specifying damage per ball. Ontop of that basing current balance on outdated winrate data does not validate your point, much has changed to the midlane meta since old syndra W was a factor. I mean at the end of the day all you're doing in this thread is complaining about losing a game, if you think syndra's op ban her, simple as that.

Niyumi1 votes

No, it never did damage for all three balls. All it did was expand the area it did damage and slowed in.

And there are far, FAR worse things than Syndra that need to be banned.

There is nothing in that image that indicates any type of imbalance in the teams. Red team just played better. It happens, you just got to either take a break or forget the game happened and go on.

In the first two minutes, bot lane fed a double kill. In the next 10 minutes, bot lane fed a total of what, 10 kills, my jungler fed her fucking ass off, and top fed. By the end of the game, they literally one shot me, and I couldn't do anything.

It's not just them playing bad for a game. It's a case of bronze 6 players vs. whatever ELO I'm in.

Look, everybody has bad games, and these kind of games happen to anybody no matter what elo. Everybody feeds, including you. This game, you did bad too, I'm guessing you were just contributing less to teamfights to prevent yourself from dying and making your score look bad.

Niyumi1 votes

Teamfights? There were never any teamfights. I had one death until the end of the game. The closest to a teamfight was Shaco counterganking Vi botlane and all of my teammates dying. They just kind of hard pushed botlane and ended really early.

Yet, through all of this, all you came away with was your team mates must be the lowest of the low elo players. First you're silver 1 according to that screen shot which puts you somewhere just around the middle of the average player base (technically I think silver 4 is perfect average). So everyone one in your game is low elo regardless of the outcome. Low elo is a very complicated place due to the fact that one there are new players to the game in low elo that are too new to really grasp the game, then there are those who are low elo for the fact that they have bad practical application skills. The final reason is those who never develop the game sense, the get lucky in some games think they are good then never reconsider when their luck goes sour. Everyone who is "stuck" in low elo is there for a reason, you getting all upset on the forums about how your team did and not recognizing that you didn't really make any impact on the game yourself puts you right in to that third group of people.

When your team feeds 17 kills in 10 minutes, you really can't do much but watch as you lose. Not even a challenger could pull that one off.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

except, I have come back from those deficits before. It's a matter of thinking objectively, figuring out what needs to happen and how the team can make it happen. All you need is one timely play to change the course of a game and that first 17 minutes no longer becomes a large factor.

Niyumi1 votes

Okay, but obviously I didn't have much of a team. What am I going to do alone against a massively fed team as a control mage that's behind?

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

Well, you are on one of the better roaming mages against the dual immobile ADC botlane comp, you should have been looking to do bot lane roams as soon as you hit 6, that would have made a huge difference in the game. That being said, after the damage was done, you could have stepped up and led the team tried to plan out a strategy. Now, maybe it doesn't work out but it's better than nothing. It also gives you a chance to experience trying to lead a team if you ever decide to put a team of your buddies together for flex queue.

Niyumi1 votes

By the time I hit 6, Jhin had 3 kills. Can't compete with that.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

Jhin has limited damage up time, also at your rank he wouldn't be expecting a roam from mid, furthermore 3 kills is not an insurmountable deficit. I would be 3v2 or even 4v2 if you coordinated with your jungle.

Niyumi1 votes

Uh, no. With how retarded ADCs in general are right now, he can auto me twice and I die. My jungler wouldn't listen to anything I said, nor would bot lane, so I couldn't coordinate anything. Just kind of sat and watched them feed, tried not to die too much.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

Okay, I'm done then. I told you what was necessary to do in the situation you found yourself in and it is now your responsibility to figure out how to utilize that information.

Niyumi1 votes

And I told you that, even though there was a way to win, I'm only in control of one of the five champs on my team.

Chibi Bronzlife1 votes

Wrong, you're only in control of one champion in the game, but you can use that control to make the enmy seem like they have no control. Like I said though, I'm done.

Read my thread: List of all known champions, considered as op. Syndra is one of them.
