Give bot lane towers their defense back

As an ADC/SUP main, I am tired of having to always be the center of focus for 5-man ganks and dives before I even have my first item. I don't mind being camped a lot if the only reason was because their Jungler wanted to focus bot side or the other lanes were not in need or position for ganking. But when after one 5-man gank, the tower almost always falls. Many times that is because of the amount of damage taken before the 5 minute mark. Every other tower except the bot ones has increased defense. So having a few autos hit their tower is not that big of an issue. But in the bot lane where the ADC is, you know, that one role specifically designed around taking towers and having high damaging basic attacks, every auto takes a good amount from the tower's health. I get the main reason for the weaker tower being added to the bot lane was to stop the lane swap meta where both teams just cleared top and bot towers in like 5 minutes in LCS. But now the meta is to pile everyone on bot lane to force first tower gold when the current state of the ADC is the weakest the role has been in a long time (seriously, when Ziggs and other non-ADC champs become the priority picks over the actual ADC champs, there is something seriously fucked up and needs to be addressed ASAP).
