That is because you can't faceroll on her anymore or at least not so hard, when players actually learn to play her a bit more, her win rate will climb up again.

Any champion is strong when people know what to do with them.

Of course. But there's a difference between "I main Darius and have a 60% winrate with him" and "I main Ryze and have an 80% winrate with him" or "I main Ryze and have a 60% winrate with him against other people on their mains".

Every champion should be strong when you know that champion well. Ryze, however, I assume was too strong even in the hands of his mains.
