Anyone have tips on playing against a Draven besides "Dont die?"

Just played a game where I picked Caitlyn into Draven. I know he's a decent pick into her, especially after the recent nerfs, but, down here in Bronze, a good Draven is 1 in a million. So, I was going off of the hope that he wouldn't really know what he was doing, and I would just bully him out of lane.

We get to the loading screen, and I check OP.GG.........

73% win rate on Draven with nearly 100 games on him.

Yeah, they had our inhib bot tower down at the 18 minute mark. It didn't help that our mid lane got crushed too, and our jungler was only intent on farming. He finished 12/2/1 after we surrendered at 20.

Is there any ADC thats decent into Draven? Someone that could possibly withstand his early onslaught? According to op.gg, the only ADC Draven has a loosing win rate against is Kog'maw.......don't know how that is, but it certainly won't work down here. If you don't have a team to support Kog, you're going nowhere, which is why we Bronzies avoid choosing Kog at all costs. Other hypercarries can work, but certainly not Kog'maw.

I'd just like to know what to do next time I face one of these rarities.
