Yes run into the minion wave :'3 Just farm tell you get 6 90% of the time he'll be pushing so it's pretty easy to wait it out. You can try and 1 vs 1 him level 1, but your putting yourself at risk. teemo can farm under tower and there isn't anything you can do about that's the worst thing you can do because you have no way to escape ganks and it forces you to take harass to farm you can't just wait under tower to last hit. You gotta walk around minions take the abuse of I was forced to walk on a mushroom cause minion block ~

Take % hp seals, you start with more hp than with scaling hp.

you can. I like actually playing darius vs teemo. you take ghost. and build item 3156 item 3155 first to be specific and rush boots. you do not want to rush full mr no damage. he will kill you before you kill him.

take ghost and flash. and take the damn hexdrinker. if he has ignite it might be difficult so you'd have to all in him at level 6 before he shrooms area. take item 3341 and spam it in lane

the build you have is full of shit because it will never beat a decent teemo. you will probably survive the teemo however and be able to farm just okay. but if you want to dunk on the rat you gotta build offensive as well
