Yuumi's W Needs an Actual Cooldown

I don't care what compensation she should get in exchange for having an actual cool down on her W, but it needs one. She is far too safe so long as she's allies near. She should be made to play by the same rules as other champions, meaning there needs to be risk involved. And no, having bad-performing allies is not sufficient.

And while she can be CC'ed in mid-dash, you need godlike reflexes to nail her to the fucking floor consistently.

Edit: Oh, and calling the active "Change of Plan" just sounds to me like 'whoops, I fucked up, let me take it back'. No! I say. When a player makes a mistake, they should be made to face the consequences of their mistake. Yuumi, however, gets a free pass. Which is absolute bullshit.
